| Description: |
The Town of Lincoln engaged RVA to complete a Town Wide Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Work Plan. In August 2021 the final report was provided to the Town with a number of recommendations for trenchless rehabilitation repairs across the Town sanitary sewer system in main line pipes. The intent is to improve the overall risk and condition rating and reduce inflow/infiltration (I/I) in the system. The intent of this RFP is to engage a consultant to prepare the design, tender documents, and construction support services for required rehabilitation work plan. Following this project, the Town intends to reassess the levels of I/I in the system and initiate phases targeted area improvements for maintenance hole, lateral repairs, and private side sources of I/I. |
