The Town of Lincoln is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested artists (“Artist”) to commission a park design concept for Jordan Hollow Park. This Park will be used to commemorate and celebrate the rich cultural history of the site and vicinity related to Indigenous inhabitation of the land, and in particular to an Iroquoian-speaking confederation of tribes known as the Neutral Nation who lived in the vicinity around 1600. The successful design will incorporate a public art feature with an overall park concept design.
