This is a transformational project for the Town of Lincoln and the Town is planning to seek Contractors with a collaborative approach to working with the Town of Lincoln, the Consultant (IBI Group), Utilities, Businesses and Residents in Jordan Village.

The objective of this work is to upgrade the existing streets of Main, Nineteenth, Wismer and Twenty-First in conjunction with the construction of a new road, Snure Lane. The project is a complete reconstruction of the area including new stormwater, sanitary and watermain systems; as well as, an extensive streetscaping component.
