Bid Posting on behalf of LiNC Libraries in Niagara Cooperative The Libraries in Niagara Cooperative shall ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Town of Lincoln bidding system via https://lincoln.bidsandtenders.ca. Bid submissions submitted and/or received by any other method shall be rejected. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Libraries in Niagara Cooperative (LiNC) is soliciting Bids for interlibrary delivery services for 10 Niagara Region public library locations. The scope of work involves picking up and delivering bins and bags consisting of books, CDs DVD's and other items from one LiNC library and delivering them to other LiNC libraries.
