This Request for Tenders (the "RFT) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln ("the Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Weed Spraying Treatment Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). This procurement is being conducted as a joint procurement lead by the Town of Lincoln on behalf of the following organizations (the "Participating Agency/Agencies"):
Bidders who are currently under contract to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the Town or other NPPC agencies must also respond to this RFT to be considered for future work assignments.
